預警 ⚠️ 盜版付費Shopify主題可能會導致網站被封！

最近有網友聯繫我說自己其中一個 Shopify 網站因爲使用盜版 Shopify 主題被封了。

事情的經過大概是這樣的：他有兩個 Shopify 網站 A 和 B，他用 A 網站在 Shopify 官方主題市場花了 180 美金購買安裝之後覺得挺好用，於是就在 A 網站的後臺把該主題下載到了電腦上，又上傳到了 B 網站。

後來因爲想要修改 B 網站主題的代碼實現某個功能，於是聯繫 Shopify 官方以及主題的開發者尋求幫助。結果，Shopify客服以及開發者讓他提供 B 網站主題的購買記錄。這個肯定是沒有的啦，因爲他是用 A 網站買的主題。後來的事情就是 Shopify 發郵件說因爲使用了侵權主題，便封了他的 Shopify 網站～

最近 Shopify 在國內不太穩定，如果打不開 Shopify 官網, 或者打開速度很慢，無法註冊或者登錄 Shopify 賬戶，請使用“魔法”重試，你懂的。

這已經不是我接觸的第一例因爲使用“盜版”主題而被封 Shopify 網站的了。

如何申訴解封因爲盜版 Shopify 主題而被封的賬戶

解決辦法很簡單，給人誠懇的回郵件說明自己的錯誤（自己不瞭解這個政策，把A網站的主題用在B網站上只是爲了做一些測試，等等），並且主動通過B網站再購買一份該主題。通常Shopify就會幫你解封網站了。

隨後我也詳細查看了 Shopify Terms of Services 裏面關於主題的說明，Shopify確實指出，用戶不可以把A網站購買的付費主題用於其他網站，其他網站若想要使用和A網站相同的主題，必須再次單獨購買。否則，Shopify有權對違反規則的網站採取關閉網站等等措施。

付費主題購買之後，Shopify能做的只能幫你按照你的要求把主題從A網站轉移到B網站，不能退款。

You may establish the appearance of your Shopify Store with a design template from Shopify’s Theme Store (“a Theme”). If you download a Theme, you are licensed to use it for a single Store only. You are free to transfer a Theme to a second one of your own Stores if you close your first Store.

To initiate a transfer of a Theme to a second one of your Stores, please contact Shopify Support. You are not permitted to transfer or sell a Theme to any other person’s Store on Shopify or elsewhere. Multiple Stores require multiple downloads and each download is subject to the applicable fee. Shopify gives no assurance that a particular Theme will remain available for additional downloads.

The intellectual property rights of the Theme remain the property of the designer. If you exceed the rights granted by your purchase of a Theme, the designer may take legal action against you, and, without prejudice to our other rights or remedies, Shopify may take administrative action such as modifying your Store or closing your Store.

如何合規的轉移 Shopify 主題所有權

至於如何合規的把Shopify主題從A網站轉移到B網站，我也諮詢了Shopify的客服，他們的回覆如下。大意爲先把主題從A網站下載下來，上傳到B網站，然後把A網站關掉（或者把A網站的主題換掉，並且刪掉購買的主題）。然後在B網站上購買同款主題。Shopify在確認你已經關掉A網站，或者刪除主題，並且已經在B網站購買了同款主題之後，會幫你把A網站購買主題的費用原路退還到你的信用卡或者PayPal賬戶中。

• David J: However, the licensing will be required on the new store, in order to receive support & updates on the theme.
• David J: In order to do this, you have to export the theme, close the store, and upload the theme on the new store. From here, you need to purchase the theme once again on the new store, in order to authorize it on the account. Then, you will require to contact us directly, once the old store is closed, to issue a credit on the account for the additional purchase of the theme.

我還是建議，shopify 賣家在運營自己的Shopify網站的時候儘可能的合規合法，該付的錢不要省錢，特別不建議賣家朋友們去網上下載免費提供的不明來路的付費主題和插件，防止數據丟失，泄漏，甚至威脅資金安全。
